This company is Castellón's leading producer and supplier of almonds. The company started its operations in 1997 and conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located in Altura, Spain. The company procures almonds directly from growers and offers their subsequent shelling. Its products are marketed throughout the provinces of Murcia, Alicante, Albacete, Cuenca, Saragossa, La Rioja, Castellón and Valencia, Spain. The company has a shelling agreement with CASTEVAL, S.A.T., an agricultural processing corporation that represents more than 800 farmers and has 1800ha devoted to almond production. Moreover, it operates as a major subsidiary of the Spain-based Borges Group, a major producer and supplier of oils, dried fruit and nuts.
